This bundle gives you all three books from the Things That Really Matter book series by Michael Bagby, chief coffee roaster at Rio Coco Beans.

Laura and Michael on the Cardo at ancient Ephesus.

Michael is a historian who has lived in Germany, Turkey, Luxembourg, The Philippines, Hawaii, Honduras, Nicaragua and Israel, where he has studied with Dr Randall Smith and other Bible scholars over the past three decades. He and his wife Laura have worked with Dr. Smith and Christian Travel Study Tours taking groups to Biblical sites in Israel, Turkey, Greece and Italy.

"Living In The Spiritual World"

On September 14, 1997, Dr Randal Smith and Michael went into the studio at the International Christian Embassy in Jerusalem and recorded six - 45 minutes sessions on how the spiritual world that we live in operates, and how we can best navigate both of these worlds. Michael transcribed this conversation and added photos and quotes of significant persons.

"Echoes into Eternity"

The title is taken from a quote in the opening scenes of "The Gladiator", the Best Motion Picture of 2000. What really does send Echoes into Eternity? What make a difference in this life as well as the life to come?

"The Vision Behind the Verses"

Do we read the Bible through our 21st Century cultural grid or step back and become part of the audience of the Biblical events? What was happening during those eras that might affect how we understand Scripture? What cultural, historical, geographical and linguistic contexts should we be aware of as we read Scripture?
